The Tourist Discount Booklet (Traveler’s Rewards) is a free of charge discount booklet for tourists visiting Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah throughout the year via our Dubai Cruise Terminal/Port Rashid and various affiliated partners such as 4- & 5-stars hotels and upscale Tour Operators. It offers instant discounts from participating shops, outlets and restaurants in both malls.
Tourists staying at our partner hotels can enjoy instant discounts in a wide variety of shops and restaurants during their stay in Dubai. From fashion and jewellery to health and beauty facilities and relaxed dining, discounts range from 10% right up to 50% at the participating shops/outlets. If you are staying at one of our partner hotels, please present your hotel room key, passport, driving license or valid ID from your home country at our Customer Service Desk, and you will be given the Traveler’s Rewards discount booklet. Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service
If you are staying at one of our affiliated hotels, Mercato will take care of your transportation to and from the mall. Please ask the Hotel Concierge for a bus schedule. Please see below, a list of Mercato’s affiliated hotels.
Alternatively, if you are visiting Dubai via a cruise ship and docking at Port Rashid, please visit the Mercato booth, located inside the main Cruise Terminal to take advantage of our free shuttle bus to the mall.
