- The Dubai Summer Surprises “Shop & Win” promotion at Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah will run from 27 June to 31 August 2025.
- For every AED 200 spent at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah during the promotion period, customers will receive one entry into the weekly draw to win AED 10,000, and automatic entry into the grand prize draw for a Jetour T1 car.
- One winner will be selected each week during the campaign period.
- Draw dates: 30 June, 7, 14, 21, 28 July, 4, 11, 18, 25 August, and 1 September 2025.
- Customers may accumulate receipts from multiple purchases made during the promotion period to qualify.
- To enter the draw, customers must scan their PrivilegePLUS app ID at the time of purchase.
- The weekly prize of AED 10,000 will be awarded via cheque.
- Once the prize is received, all responsibilities related to the prize (lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or expired) are the responsibility of the winner. No replacement will be provided.
- Staff of outlets at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah are not eligible to claim receipts from their stores or on behalf of customers.
- Employees of Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah are not permitted to participate in the promotion.
- All prize draws will take place at Mercato under the supervision of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
- Incomplete entries or entries with missing information will be considered void.
- Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah reserve the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities or fraudulent activities are detected.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Winners must present a valid photo ID to Customer Service to redeem the prize.
- All prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be handed over to DET.
- Remittance center transactions, bill payments, and non-retail receipts will not be accepted.
