Born out of Slab Test Kitchen – known for being the place where Chefs’ go to eat – Slab at Mercato will be a unique restaurant and specialty coffee shop that will focus on quality, creativity and most importantly food you love to eat.

The service is set to be casual, smart, fun, and inviting. Simply – a place you can go to everyday and have a spectacular meal prepared by a world class Chef.

Cuisine is contemporary and modern with inspirations from all corners of the globe. It is a unique dining experience where families, friends come to share great food in a warm and casual ambiance rather than going to a fancy restaurant. The dining area is simple with natural wood and plants. Comforting and near enough to kitchen to feel the heat and see Chefs in action.

Most importantly, Slab is a chef driven concept that draws from the culinary heritage of chef Omar Rodriguez. You will always find something new, creative and seasonal – your old favorites will always be there too!

The Caffe area will be comfortable and sleek, with a bar that treats coffee like fine wine. Similar to the kitchen, it will also aim to make special creations to blow one’s mind.
