The PrivilegePLUS loyalty program is designed to encourage repeat visits from both tourists and residents. Members, whether residents or tourists, can enjoy discounts of up to 35% at participating stores.
However, only residents have the opportunity to earn points as they shop at Mercato and Town Centre. These points can be used to enter monthly or grand prize draws.
For added convenience, Town Centre and Mercato also participate in city-wide campaigns like Dubai Summer Surprises and Dubai Shopping Festival through the app. This allows residents to convert their spending into points, automatically entering them into other draws when campaign requirements are met.
TravellersPLUS
TravellersPLUS, a dedicated service for tourists that offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from select four- and five-star hotels in Dubai, as well as free transportation for cruise guests from Port Rashid to the mall and back. This service is available to guests staying at affiliated hotels, those booked through tour operators, and passengers arriving at the cruise terminal.

If you are staying at one of our affiliated hotels, Mercato will take care of your transportation to and from the mall. Please ask the Hotel Concierge for a bus schedule. Please see below, a list of Mercato’s affiliated hotels.
Alternatively, if you are visiting Dubai via a cruise ship and docking at Port Rashid, please visit the Mercato booth, located inside the main Cruise Terminal to take advantage of our free shuttle bus to the mall.
