How to avail the discount?
PrivilegePLUS members can avail a 25% discount, at a maximum of AED 10, on up to three Hala rides to or from Mercato Mall. So, whether you are heading to the mall for shopping or back home, you can save on your journey. Simply enter the code mentioned in the "Hala Taxi offer page under PrivilegePLUS updates in the Highlights section of the PrivilegePLUS app homepage"
in the Careem App while booking the Hala ride to activate your discount, which will apply automatically on eligible rides.

- The Hala discount is 25% or up to a maximum of AED 10 per ride.
- The discount code can be used for up to three rides.
- The offer applies only to rides arriving at or departing from Mercato Mall. No other location can be applicable for this discount.
- The discounted fare does not cover the entire ride cost. The customer should pay any amount beyond the 25% off or AED 10 discount.
- The coupon code must be applied while booking Hala taxi rides through the Careem App to activate the discount.
- This offer is valid as long as the PrivilegePLUS partnership with Hala Taxi is active. Members are encouraged to check the PrivilegePLUS platform for the latest benefit listings and updates if any issues arise when redeeming the coupon.
- Any disputes regarding discount amounts, service issues, or other concerns must be resolved directly between the customer and Hala Taxi. PrivilegePLUS, Mercato Mall, and Town Centre Mall are not responsible for mediating such issues. Customers can reach out to Hala Taxi customer care. Mercato Mall customer service team may assist in forwarding the escalation to the Hala customer care team however, it is to be understood that it is in Hala Taxi’s control to resolve any issues.
