To participate, the PrivilegePLUS member needs to earn at least 1 PrivilegePLUS point between June 25 and December 15, 2024, which will entitle an automatic entry into the Mega Draw.
To enter, below are simple steps to be followed:
1) Download the PrivilegePLUS app from the Android Play Store or Apple App Store and register.

2) Accumulate points while you shop at Mercato and Town Centre Mall stores. Every AED 200 spent earns 1 point and 1 Mega Draw entry.
Entries can be checked under the "Other Draw Entries" tab in the "Redeem" section on the PrivilegePLUS app’s homepage.

- Only registered PrivilegePLUS app members who earn 1 PrivilegePLUS point or multiples from 25th June 2024 to 15th December 2024 are eligible to enter into the Mega Draw. 1 point is equivalent to AED 200 spent at Mercato or Town Centre Mall stores. Multiple points mean multiple entries.
- Points can be requested at the store of purchase or the mall’s customer service desk if the store cannot issue them due to certain reasons.
- Any missed points must be collected within the time limit specified in the PrivilegePLUS app’s general terms and conditions. Missed points collected after the draw date will not be applicable for the Mega Draw entry but can be used for other ongoing draws at the time.
- The Mega Draw will be held at Mercato Mall in the presence of a DED representative. The winner will be contacted immediately. The winner must collect the car by 23rd December 2024 from the Mall atrium during non-trading hours and completely from the mall premises within 60 days from the announcement.
- The winner will be requested to present their personal identification to the Customer Service upon prize collection.
- In case of the failure to collect the car prize by 60 days, the car becomes Mercato Mall’s property.
- The winner is responsible for the car’s registration, insurance, and any legal formalities with the applicable personal official documents.
- An invoice will be provided to the winner as official proof of the car handover.
- The car prize cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different model, color, or specification.
- The winner will be solely responsible for taking the car out of the Mercato Mall once it is handed over.
- Mercato and Town Centre Malls are not responsible for any damage to the car due to natural calamities while it is in custody post the announcement of the winner and informed.
- The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah outlet staff are not eligible to claim the reward on behalf of their customers or to participate in the promotion.
- The customers’ participation is considered void without complete information.
- The Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.
