| The PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program is going digital! We’ve been working hard on a new mobile app for the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program to make it easier for our members. We aim to launch the app within the next couple of months, aiming towards the release mid-March 2024. Starting today, you can find the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program app in App Store and Google Play, which is currently in testing mode. The app will be available for download from March 1, 2024, allowing you to explore its features during this initial stage.

details through email or SMS instructions sent to you. Please ensure to follow the guidance in these messages. We'll use the original sign-up email for data migration. If you've changed your email, you'll need to complete the full registration process. |

To keep enjoying discounts at your favorite stores, please download the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program app. Meanwhile, we'll keep the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program running without points accumulation, as we did in 2023. The new app lets you manage your points and automatically enters you into various mall promotion prize draws, like the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises, when you scan your PrivilegePLUS ID. |

1. During the 90-day transition period after the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program app is
launched, the current system won't be supported by the necessary hardware to
capture and track points unless you download the app. 2. Throughout the 90-day transition period and until you download and register your membership on the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program Mobile App, all transactions will continue to occur at Mercato & Town Centre Customer Service Desks. 3. Until you download and manage your membership through the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty Program app, allowing you to control your points and choose draws for redemption, we'll maintain the current system. For every AED 200 spent, you earn one raffle entry during the 90-day transition period. Any excess points beyond this ratio will be stored in the app once downloaded and registered successfully Monthly draw mechanics currently and during the forthcoming transition period:For every AED 200 spent at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah, you getone entry for the monthly PrivilegePLUS Shop & Win 2024 Draw, where you could win AED 10,000 in retail vouchers. To enter, bring your receipts to the Customer Service Desk in Mercato or Town Centre, register, and wait for the monthly draw. A DED Representative will oversee the draw, and 1 monthly winner will be contacted to claim their prizes. |
