How to become a PrivilegePLUS members?

Step-1. Visit the App store or Google Play Store and search for “PrivilegePLUS” app, and download it. Also, you can click here to download the app directly. 

Step-2. Open the app, fill in your name, email, phone number, and other required information.

Step-3. Verify your mobile number and email to activate your membership.

Step-4. Agree to the term, privacy policy, and communication guidelines.

Step-5. Check your email for a confirmation message, follow the instruction to validate your registration, and start enjoying the benefits of the app.

From countless benefits ranging from earning points, saving through instant discount, winning monthly, quartely, and yearly prizes, and grabbing first-hand opportunities to avail of many sales and offers across brands, PrivilegePLUS members are all set to be pampered and spoilt.

PrivilegePLUS instant discounts: PrivilegePLUS members are entitled to benefits from the luxury of exclusive instant discount across a diverse array of outlets within Mercato and Town Centre Malls. The member simply needs to show the PrivilegePLUS app during the time of billing at the Participating store offering PrivilegePLUS instant discount to avail the benefit. Visit “Discount” section in the PrivilegePLUS app’s homepage to know the stores offering instant discounts.

That’s not all. PrivilegePLUS members are entitled to more benefits as below;

PrivilegePLUS points: Any amount of spending by a PrivilegePLUS member with the app will entitle them to gain points with an accrual of 1 whole point on AED 200 spends which can be used to make entry into various PrivilegePLUS draws.

 

What are PrivilegePLUS Draws?

PrivilegePLUS draws are the consumer promotions organized by the Mercato and Town Centre malls to offer the PrivilegePLUS Loyalty program members to get a chance to win existing prizes and rewards.

Few of the PrivilegePLUS draws ongoing at the moment are;

Save and Win monthly draw: Every month, a lucky winner will be able to win AED 11,000 worth of Prizes. The member will have to redeem 1 PrivilegePLUS point through the app to make an entry to the raffle draw.

Grand Draw: Every entry into the Save and Win monthly draw will entitle the automatic entry to the Grand Draw to be held every quarter offering  the winner to win a jewelry voucher Worth AED 20,000 Each.

Mega Draw: A lucky PrivilegePLUS  app member earning 1 PrivilegePLUS point during the period of “25th June 2024 till 15th of December, 2024” will get a chance to win a brand new “Cherry Tiggo 8 Premium Grade” Car.

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Any PrivilegePLUS member associated with the old program structure who failed to login to the app by 14th June, 2024 using the login credentials created with the already available details and shared over the email and SMS, is expired and the member need to follow the same registration process as the new member.

2. Any member who did not login to the apply by 14th June, 2024 however, has the excess PrivilegePLUS points remaining through the manual entry at Customer Service desk, will be made available on the app in a weeks’ time one the member logs in using the same email id and mobile number used earlier.
