Instant discounts, point accumulation, and great prizes!

Discounts, Points and Raffle Tickets:

Once you have received your PRIVILEGEPLUS card you will be eligible to receive great instant discounts plus accumulate points at over 90 participating outlets when you shop in any of these stores. In order to receive discounts on purchases made at any of the participating outlets, members are requested to present their PRIVILEGEPLUS card to the cashier before payment.

For every accumulated spend of AED 200.00 from any Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah participating outlets, PRIVILEGEPLUS members will be able to collect one point on their PRIVILEGEPLUS card. In order for points to be added to the card, members will need to visit the Mercato PRIVILEGEPLUS counter or the Town Centre Jumeirah PRIVILEGEPLUS counter with their PRIVILEGEPLUS card and receipts (within six months from date of purchase) totaling a minimum of AED 200.00 for validation.

When members collect one point on PrivilegePLUS card (a total spend of just AED 200.00) a raffle ticket can then be printed at the PRIVILEGEPLUS Touch Screen Kiosks located in both Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah. The raffle ticket(s) will then need to be placed in the PRIVILEGEPLUS raffle boxes in either Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah for entry into the car and monthly raffle draw.

Raffle draws and prizes:
Each month a raffle draw will take place offering PRIVILEGEPLUS members the chance to win any of our multiple fabulous prizes.

Random Prizes:
Aside from the monthly prizes, random prizes will be given away based on a random selection of members who purchase in participating outlets.

Raffle Draw Mechanics
1.       Monthly draws will be held on every last Sunday of the month. The grand draw will be held  in April, September and December.
2.       For the monthly draw, a representative from the Department of Economic Development will pick four (6) coupons every month and declare as the official winners. For the grand draw, one (1) coupon winner will be picked every draw and declared as the official winner.
3.       Winners will be notified via phone , SMS, eamil and/ or letter notification by the Loyalty Programme Manager
4.       The list of winners can be viewed by visiting our PRIVILEGEPLUS counter or the Mercato website. 
5.       Winners must present the following upon claiming their prize to Mercato Management.
         a.  Winning raffle ticket copy (in case they lost their raffle ticket, a letter for the
              lost coupon must be presented)
         b.  Valid ID e.g. UAE Drivers License ID, Emirates ID

         c.  Valid Passport Copy          

 6.  The Mercato Management office is open from Sunday – Thursday, 9:30am          
              to1:00pm, and 2:00 pm to 6:30pm

Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the time that the draw takes place.  Failure to redeem the prize within the given time period will result in forfeiture of prize, and the unclaimed prize will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.
